Able to proactively manage a project and provide accurate instructions from the standpoints of design, regulations, construction, and quality.
Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Revit, Lumion, Adobe Illustorator/Photoshop/InDesign and who can communicate in English (TOEIC 850 or above).

Qualifications: First-class architect with sufficient design and supervision experience in an architectural firm, general contractor design department, studio, etc. Work style: Except for on-site meetings, etc., telecommuting is possible. Working hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (negotiable for those who wish to work shorter hours)
Salary: According to company regulations (monthly salary from 400,000 yen, bonus twice a year)
